AiM is a consummately strong Western Canadian company, fiercely proud of our roots and our foundations as part of the energy industry. AiM started as a small land company but has since grown to over 100 people. We are still maintaining growth by focusing on improving our service offerings, acquiring and growing industry experts, and by recognizing and rewarding talent from within.

Along those lines, we are extremely pleased to announce the promotion of Devin Fisher to Vice President of Capital Projects. Devin has been with AiM for over 8 years and was one of the first Land Agents hired. He has a breadth of experiences from his agricultural background to his oil and gas experience that saw him in various positions and iterations before entering the land industry. His 10+ year land career has allowed for varied experience, including acquisition of upstream and midstream facilities, before transitioning into a management role where he has been responsible for a number of large midstream projects throughout North America.

Known for his fairness, wit and sharp sense of ethical and corporate responsibility, Devin has been a crucial asset to AiM’s corporate development team. He will be responsible for streamlining the land department, with support from AiM’s diverse group of experts. Devin’s role includes hiring, coaching and mentoring surface land agents, coordinators and administrator to ensure that his departments align with AiM’s strategic corporate goals.
