The AiM Mineral Land Department is comprised of a highly educated mineral team and it is well versed on the appropriate lease structures and compensation. Mineral Leasing

For confidentiality purposes, and with our prior consent, we allow our clients to use our name for Crown Land Sales and Freehold Mineral Leases. We will hold agreements in trust until our clients request the lands be transferred.  We administer all leases held in AiM entity names on behalf of our clients, including notices, third party queries, etc.

Crown Land Sales

In Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, we allow our clients to confidentially bid for land sale through the Electronic Transfer System (ETS) and the integrated Resource Information System (IRIS), using their choice of the following bidding names: AiM Land Services Ltd, AiM Acquisition Company 2018 Ltd, and 2169799 Alberta Ltd.

Freehold Mineral Leasing
