How did you get started in this industry?
“I started as executive assistant to an Alberta Land Surveyor where I learned the fundamentals of the survey system. I continued my career path to Alberta One-Call specializing in Damage Prevention of buried utilities and underground pipelines. After building my experience with the land survey system and damage prevention this lead to my career path to obtain Petroleum Land Administrator certificate through SAIT. I joined AiM 8 years ago as a Jr. Land Administrator.”
What are your key responsibilities at AiM?
“As a project manager within the Operations department, I strive to lead and manage my team members by motivation to encourage productive work habits producing knowledgeable and efficient work for our clients. I work closely with our clients providing expertise and to ensure we meet all of their expectations.”

“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”
What are a few of your proudest achievements at AiM?
“In my time here with AiM, my proudest achievement to-date is simply being part of a successful team constantly meeting rush deadlines to meet our clients needs. Building personable relationships with clients and colleagues.”

“I would hope they would say I am very reliable, dedicated, personable and knowledgeable in my role.”

What do you like to do when you’re not working?
“Spending time with my family, cheering my kids on at their team sports and camping all summer long with family and friends.”
