AiM was founded in 2011 by Mike Bailey and Lane Boisjoli, two respected leaders in the land industry with extensive experience supporting both provincial and federally regulated projects across North America.
Built on a shared vision of delivering exceptional service through expertise, innovation, and strong relationships, Mike and Lane established AiM as a company committed to providing clients with practical solutions, trusted advice, and industry-leading project support. Their entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence laid the foundation for the organization that exists today.
Over the years, AiM has grown from a land services provider into a multidisciplinary consulting firm supporting energy, utility, infrastructure, renewable energy, telecommunications, carbon capture, and resource development projects across Canada and the United States. Through continued investment in people, technology, and innovation, the company has expanded its service offerings while maintaining its commitment to quality, responsiveness, and client success.
In 2025, leadership transitioned to President Devin Fisher and Vice President Gabrielle Leakey, marking the next chapter in AiM’s evolution. Building on the strong foundation established by the founders, AiM continues to focus on delivering integrated solutions, embracing innovation, and supporting clients through increasingly complex project environments.
