How did you get started in this industry?
“I started as a temporary employee with expertise in photocopying and data entry in the summer of 2007. I continued to work part-time while completing a computer information system and business degree at Mount Royal University. As I became more experienced within the Land industry, so did my interest. This ultimately led to my decision to change my educational path and obtain a Petroleum Land Administrator Certificate at SAIT.”
What are your key responsibilities at AiM?
“My main priorities are to ensure timelines and expectations are met. I accomplish this through overseeing and coordinating projects, managing a team of administrators, handling cost estimates and budget controls, and effectively communicating with clients.”

What are a few of your proudest achievements at AiM?
“I am most proud of my history with AiM. I started as one of the first employees when Mike and Lane started the business. It has been an honour to be a part of the growth and success that AiM has experienced.”
“Another achievement I am proud of is my contribution to the completion of a 700 km NEB pipeline project and maintenance project that spanned across Alberta.”
What do you want your clients and colleagues say about you?
“I would hope they would say I am organized, reliable, and knowledgeable.”
What do you value when building relationships?
“I value trust, transparency and mutual respect. I truly believe in making genuine connections towards building a good relationship.”
How would you describe the environment at AiM?
“A positive and friendly work environment. I have grown quite fond of my colleagues. Over the years we have become close enough to be considered a small little family.”
What charities or organizations are you involved with?
I am an active donor to the Canadian Blood Services.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
“Travelling, shopping, and exploring new restaurants.”
